Here is a bit of feed back. Seems difficult to do combined family reunion and 50th for MA and Paul. Summer looks to be the best time for a reunion and the anniversary is in April. I think Ann and I will work on an anniversary celebration for sometime in April of 07. I think that summer would also be a good one for a reunion, this one seems a bit close to try to pull off, though maybe not.
If people are interested in someplace like Nantucket I will be happy to look in to house rentals. The California coast would be big on my list as I never get there and my girls haven't been since they were babies.......
Maybe we could all log in with two or three top spots and then we can see what is feasible.

Hi Lisa - Hope your move went well and that you and Chuck are not too exhausted. With respect to a family reunion, as of today you, Ann. John and Jan, Mary, Misty and Kate have weighed in. I guess that, with this comment, MA and I are weighing in. The consensus appears to be for the summer of 2007. Location nominations were beach or mountains, someplace out west or Nantucket, beach, and central location. MA and I are good with all the nominations except that let's not do a beach on the South Carolina or Georgia coast where it's hot.
The thought of combining a family reunion with our 50th was sweet. But, it might have been a logistical nightmare. There are a a scattering of old friends who would have to be invited and they might even show-up. Besides, if we do have a 50th celebration, we would like it to happen on a date somewhere near our wedding date.
I second your request that we all log in with specific locations. MA and I will work-up our preference list and post it in the next week or so. Love to all.
Hi all. Well, by brother finally got me so i could make a comment. As far as Jan and I are concerned the location of the reunion is not a problem with us. We basically can go wherever it is set up. My concern is that the younger members, at least some of them, may have schools and such to consider. So summer seems to be a good time and some where in the middle of the country sounds good.. Could be somewhere around the Rockies or such. Where ever the decision is we will be glad to help in the logistics if neccessary. Love to all. John and Jan
