Hi all. There has been talk about trying for a family reunion in 2010. I would love to see this happen. If we are going to make this work we will need some input from all concerned. Mostly availabiliy and location. I can tell you right now the west coast fishers have a limit of half way across the country from home for a location. Also, Availabilty for those like Kate who are out of the country and we will have to work with that also.
I would love some input on what all of you think and if you think it can be possible to get the majority of us in one place at one time.. Give me your input and I will try to put together a rough idea of what can be done.
I am thinking we might have to get two people working on this...one from the east and one from the west...
Looking forward to seeing and meeting all of you... some for the first time... Uncle John

The last post on FisherCatch, before John's suggestion, on June 12 of this year, that we try to revive a family reunion was on July 28 2007 when we "agreed" to put the reunion off from 2007 to 2008. Time flies. As we commented on John's 12 June post, MA and I are good to go for next summer. I think that there are some lessons learned from the last attempt; the most important is to KISS. I think that I tried to do too much coordination and planning and failed. So, John, it looks like you have become the coordinator for this go around. I'll be happy to share lessons from the last try. I also forgot to add. I know of two that would like a RV park in the area... Just another thing to think about..
