More on the reunion
I have not seen a lot of interest in the reunion idea from very many of our family... I am hoping it is because they have not been to FisherCatch. Anyway, my wise brother made a good suggestion for the reunion...KISS is the best way.. We could pick a location and then find the available housing and parking in the area and all could pick where they wanted to stay and then when we had an idea how many were going to be there, the closest , or whoever, could research for a place to get together for lunch or dinner for all of us... It would be great to just book a big place and have all of us there but the present economy might have a negetive impact on that idea. I hope we can do this... Uncle John

Hi All - This comment is in response to Mary's earlier post and the comments and to this post by John. McCall is a pretty location, summer and winter. In 2000 we stayed at the RV park which is either on, or immediately adjacent, to the state park. It was nice. AOL's Expedia shows 12 places of lodging (9 of which are booked for a visit this July). But, if we get this reunion going for next summer, for those of us who decline cabin living, reservations can be made far enough in advance to assure we get what we want. And reservations for the cabins Mary mentioned would probably need to be made late this year. John, a lot of the younger members of the extended family are into Facebook and Twitter and don't look at FsherCatch. Contact about a family reunion will need to made by email, if only to ask that they look at FisherCatch. We can help with email addresses if you don't have them. I'd like to see this reunion happen while MA and I can still travel.
McCall sounds great to me... I put a note on Facebook for those who use it... I do not twitter so as soon as i get an idea who has seen this stuff on face book I will know who to e-mail.. Anyone who reads this can kind of word of mouth if possible.. Looks like it could be happening... thanks
